sci-fi movie

i never know how far i can accept sci-fi stuff until i watched District 9 and Avatar trailer.

Im very fond of wei si li sci-fi novel

but now only I know when it come to movie,

omg i really HATE it.

i brought in some hotdogs and takoyaki into the cinema when i watched District 9.

End up the food is tasteless for me, and i felt wanna throw up.

Maybe the way they film it ( a bit like cloverfield, which the movie made me nearly throw up as well) or the big prawn a.k.a the alien/the lead character inside is too disgusting.

The moving tentacles/the way they try to be more human-like (wearling clothes, eating canned food, using weapon) just doesn't sound right on me.

Yet the movie still get very good comment which I just don't get it :S

Then there comes the trailer of Avatar.

That's the 1st thing came into my mind.

What is this blue creature? It is some sort of Smurf grown-up or what?

Shrek in definately fine. The donkey and the cat is entertaining enough for me.

But THIS! ewwww :(

I respect the film maker come out with very new idea, it's just mey matter i think.

I don't even feel I wanna watch the trailer. 

sigh.

Let just play with Sylvennian Family or watch Pocoyo will be much more entertaining. :x
