discourage

don't know where to start, but for everything that happened there must be a reason for it.
i feel the discouragement bundle up day by day
what i feel for today is not about the work nor the field
is about Shining himself.
perhaps i shouldn't trust what i heard?
(there is a saying goes "never believe what you see")
or perhaps it is one of the sign that i should make a leave?

does he ever think from our point of view?
does he know we are now dragging ourselves (that we are overloaded with work these few months) to work everyday? - Even A told me he is freaking exhausted. Yes the Ironman A.
i couldn't agree with the ego he has.
couldn't agree with those principle he is insisting all the time.

freaking fed up.
